2006年1月8日 · Anyone replaced the trigger on their M&P 15-22. I understand that it will take a standard AR trigger group and am considering replacing the somewhat heavy/gritty trigger on mine with something like a Jard drop-in. Just curious if anyone has replaced their triggers and, if so, what you used. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

2018年5月27日 · Hey guys, I grabbed one of these 15-22s a few years ago and now it's time for some changes. Quickly found out a special tool is required to remove the barrel. Does anyone happen to have an alternative or a used one, haven't quite found one. Plan is to SBR and form 1 a suppressor for it.

2012年4月15日 · Re: M&P 15-22 New barrel There is an adapter piece sold on ebay that lets you install any AR-15 handguard on the M&P15-22. It simply replaces the existing handguard and barrel nut with a small piece that has AR-15 receiver threads on it.

2011年6月21日 · Re: How to make a M&P 15-22 cycle quieter I shot my mp 15-22 with sparrow SS mounted head to head with ruger 10-22 with integral suppressor, and they sounded different but not one louder than other. I used Winchester subs in the silver box. Cycle was 100% so far. I had a flash hider made to use as thread protector, so its a cool set up.

2010年5月31日 · Re: S&W MP 15-22 Most Accurate ammo? If you want cheap stuff the Winchester 333 pack ammo and CCI Mini-Mags were as consistent as anything through mine. They stayed right about 1" at 50 yards. I tried Win 333, Federal 550 bulk, CCI mini-mags, CCI standard velocity, CCI Blazer, and Fed 510.

2020年11月12日 · Available notwithstanding, what's your subsonic ammo of choice for a semi-auto that's supressed? Cci SV are still pretty loud in a 16in semi, but the Cci quiet @ 710fps won't cycle. Suggestions?

2012年3月4日 · Re: M&P 15-22 flash hider removal We have had 2 in the shop that the customer spun the barrel in the receiver damaging the gun. We use heavy leather wrapped around the barrel only. And I have since moved to aluminum jaws contoured to the barrel. I use a AR wrench made by local company that is longer than normal. Ruger is the same way.

2011年1月29日 · I really like the M&P 15-22. The best accessory I have added to my 15-22 is the slidefire stock. It will dump a whole mag in about 2 seconds. Mine is very accurate with CCI green tag ammo. I get decent (2"@50) accuracy with other brands. It hates remington ammo, the federal and winchester bulk packs are good to go.

2005年11月24日 · So I have been a 10/22 guy for over 40 years, still have my first one from K-Mart, I picked up a used Gen1 15-22, with two 25 round mags for 250 bucks, WOW is all I can say, 2 weeks and 1500 rounds from various manufacturers, not a single hiccup, pretty good accuracy using a Holosun 510.
