M83 are a French electronic music group formed in Antibes in 1999 and is currently based in Los Angeles. Initially a duo of multi-instrumentalists Anthony Gonzalez & Nicolas Fromageau.

Googled "songs like M83 Outro". Found this thread. Just listened to "Solitude" by M83. I think it does that amazing crescendo similar to Outro, just more drawn out.

The whole “Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming” album by M83 is a masterpiece of emotional resonance. Whilst “Saturdays = Youth” is arguably a more visceral and less crafted album, both speak straight to the soul. He’s a genius, and therefore a fitting choice for fellow-genius Esmail.
