M82 and mount found | Sniper's Hide Forum
2018年3月14日 · The old M81/M82 and M73B1 military scopes were disposed as surplus items back in the 1960s/70s at very low prices. The military made moved on to the M84 scopes and other newer designs, and a lot of those lower power 2.5x scopes ended up on 22LR rifles as everyone by then was using larger magnification scopes on centerfire hunting rifles (4x, 6x ...
Barrett m107a1 vs m82a3 | Sniper's Hide Forum
2014年3月21日 · The guns are the same except for what they are made from and have slight differences. Only get the 107 if you are going to suppress it. Otherwise m82 and use that money saved for scope or ammo. I had a m99 and sold it, then later bough an edm while deployed that I'm still waiting on and ordered and received a fde cera koted m82 in the meantime.
M82 USGI sniper scope | Sniper's Hide Forum
2020年2月11日 · All the M81/82's I see were initially bought for the M1C and the Army, even the ones bought in Korea. In 1950 the Marines decided to adopt the M1C and bought a small amount of the M1C's which likely came with the M82's. The Marines hated the M82 from the very start. So they tested and adopted the Kollmorgen by 1952.
The M73 Lyman Alaskan Scope from WWII, which became the …
2012年4月28日 · Honestly I have no idea for sure. A M81 sells for more than an M82. Usually I see nice M82's for the 1500ish range, and nice M81's for 2k plus. So this one would probably have a fuzz more value than a normal M81. Several …
Repro M82/M84 Copies | Sniper's Hide Forum
2014年2月24日 · The M84 (originals) work but they have a rather thick post sight (as does my Weaver K 2.5). The M82s also have a post sight with horizontal wire, the difference is the post is much thinner on the M82. With the M84 and the K 2.5 I had to use a 6 o'clock hold where as with the thinner post on the M82, I can use it as one would use a cross hair.

Parker Hale M82 Clone | Sniper's Hide Forum
2020年7月31日 · I always wanted a Parker-Hale M82, but, they are un-obtanium, and when one pops up, they are super expensive. So, I have planned to build a "clone" for some time, so here goes. I found Old West Scrounger had M81 "cadet" stocks available. The profile is the same as the M82, but they are single shot, and use a different accessory rail.
How accurate is a stock Barrett 82A1? | Sniper's Hide Forum
2011年10月3日 · My experience on the M82 is limited but during the development of our HTI 50cal rifle I talked with a lot of veteran servicemen about rifle and ammo capabilities as they existed in the military. The general consensus is that they shoot between 3 - 7 MOA with mil-spec ammo and Raufuss is the most accurate hovering toward the lower end of that ...
M1C Garand scope rings for M82 scope | Sniper's Hide Forum
2021年5月29日 · Each screw was very hard to screw in. When I backed them out they unscrewed just fine. I started to install scope rings with the lower "off-set" screws because they are so hard to properly put a screw driver bit on. Finished with the upper screws. My original M82 scope is now firmly attached to the scope rings.
McMillan tac 50 vs barrett m82 | Sniper's Hide Forum
2012年10月22日 · Re: Macmillan tac 50 vs barrett m82 Pure fun M82, for accuracy Tac-50. I would also look at the HTI .50 for that kind of money. Reports of really good accuracy coming in plus shorter system and you can always swap barrels to other calibers as well.
