2018年4月9日 · I've never seen a Mark 4 M1 4.5-14x on a M24, Not saying it couldn't have happened but its doubtful as I haven't meet to many other snipers who have cared for. The M1 dials while more precise aren't particularly fast and easy to get lost in under stress, the extra 4x is nice but the SFP setup is a trade off most of us wouldn't take.

2021年12月7日 · I can weigh in a little on the barrel, the real M24’s use a factory Remington barrel. You won’t find it unless you buy the complete rifle. However, most barrel manufacturers spin a barrel blank to the M24 profile. It’s pretty popular. It won’t be a 5R, but it will be equal to or better than a real M24 barrel in most aspects.

Tossed all the required stuff on it: Eagle Industries cheekpad/ammo thingy, M1917 sling on M24 swivels, Harris 1A2 9-13” bipod, NSN packaged Leupold Mk4 rings, R suffix Leupold Mk4 fixed 10x mildot reticle, SIMRAD ring cap. I'm still missing my rear irons base plate.

Recoil is kept down and that heavy barrel gives you a lot of inertia to cut down on little shakes and jiggles. One rifle is sniperfill McMillan Winchester Marksman stock.
