2006年8月4日 · An elecrticians snake was used. No problem. Run the Ethernet cable, attach one end to the HDS unit on the front, the other end to the LSS-1. All done. The HDS unit on the console will be connected with a 15 foot Ethernet cable. A 2 foot cable would work. Excess cable was coiled and tie wrapped. Connect Ethernet cable from LSS-1 to HDS on console.

2017年3月26日 · An HDI transducer is a Transom/Trolling Motor-mounted, 83 kHz/200 kHz Broadband and DownScan™ transducer. If you want Side Scan AND Down Scan, you will need an LSS-2 transducer. If you have HDS Gen 2 Key Pad units, then you will need the LSS-2 Structure Scan box to connect to the Key Pad units.

2013年1月21日 · You can get either the structurescan LSS-1 or LSS-2. The LSS-2 is a newer model. There should be a variety of used ones to find, but you may have trouble finding a new one. Also be sure that you have the proper transducer. Those models have 2 transducers. One will do your traditional 2D sonar, a long one will do the side and down imaging.

2011年6月6日 · Which Lowrance unit are you running…HDS? I am a little confused with your comment from your dealer on sensitivity. The Structure scan only has contrast not sensitivity. It almost sounds like you might need to adjust you transducer for the LSS-1 or maybe your motor is getting in the way of the LSS-1 signal. Does you 2d sonar work OK?

2011年2月21日 · I have an hds 10 and lss-1. I hooked up both the yellow wires together and the red and black wires on the lss-1 power cord to my power source. For me, I really see no good reason to hook the yellow wire to a seperate switch when the graph will do it for you. Turn the graph on so does your lss-1, turn the graph off as does your lss-1. 2013年12月30日 · The LSS-1 transducer has one crystal aimed down, one to the left and one to the right to get data return to draw the picture on your screen. The LSS-2 has two crystals pointing down, left and right so there is much more data to get detail from. With the added crystals and power the LSS-2 can give you readings from further away and clearer readings.
