2011年4月15日 · Thing is, I'm torn between the HDS 7 & HDS 8. I really dig the LED backlight function, which is why I'm not considering the 5, plus, the screen on the 5 is just too damn small. So, the quick option buttons along the bottom of the screen are a really nice feature on the 8, as is the slightly bigger screen, but is it really worth the extra $$$.

2015年8月18日 · I have been trying to remove/stop the thick black line that follows my path on the Lowrance HDS 7 Touch Gen2. I have been going back and forth with tech support and have tried their input so far; "go into trails and uncheck record" and "go into settings, go into chart, and then make sure trails is turned off there also".

2014年5月25日 · Good to hear about the Lowrance touch. Just ordered Lowrance HDS 7 Gen 2 touch. Upgrade from my problematic Lowrance Elite 7 HDI. Looking forward to receiving it this Thurs. Lowrance has great customer service. After a year of problems with my Elite 7 HDI, Lowrance gave me the option of upgrading to HDS 7 Gen 2 Touch just for another $261.
