2010年7月7日 · I have decided to move that 15KV cable (it feeds 2 transfornmer, each 1000KVA)and run it about 6 meters away from low voltages cables and the 2000KVA stabiliser. The power here is not stable, we have this 2000KVA stabiliser operating on the low voltage side(400volts), and I think it is not a good idea to have it near or on top of 15KV feeders!

2011年10月17日 · Most cable modems operate around the 60hz frequency, if the cable service isn't properly grounded at the service entrance and there's anything on the line it's likely to knock out the modem. Keep in mind that the hard line cable has up to 120vac on it, to power the amplifiers. This voltage isn't supposed to hit any of the drops, but you never know.

But for the equipment builder starters still have low voltage coils and auxiliary contacts. We still need control power (120 VAC normally) and sensors reading voltage and current.

2019年5月31日 · The driver is at the canopy, so the cord run between the canopy and the fixture housing is low voltage wire. I’m thinking per NEC 411.5 and table 725.154, if the manufacturer can demonstrate the fixture cord is CL2P, then I should be ok. But I think this is a big if.
