I had a mini arm lift with lipo 8 days ago. My surgeon correctly predicted that 95% of my discomfort post-op would be from the lipo. The incisions barely register. 8 days post-op, the pain is already much better and I don’t even need OTC painkillers anymore. But everything still feels very swollen, and numb, and tight.

My surgeon didnt show me my glands either and if you are freshly out of op, it is almost impossible to feel for gland cause the swelling ( atleast in my case). My guess is that if your surgeon has a shred of competence, the glands were removed through the lipo holes. This technique is called lateral pull through fyi

2024年4月20日 · Looking for a good surgeon for liposuction and fat transfer to breasts in the Bay Area. The surgeons I've come across either do a lot of lipo and BBL, or they specialize in breast implants. Been having great difficulty finding a surgeon who specializes in fat transfer to breasts.

2023年9月19日 · How does a surgeon miss something that obvious? I posted before and after pics on FB. She called me furious and demanded that I delete them. Six months later I found Dr Uribe who performed my arm lipo and restored my earlobes to their original state. He said I did not need that necklift at all as I did not have jowls or sagging in the lower face.

2021年4月9日 · It’s a common procedure that’s easy to do well (compared to other procedures). Any board certified/eligible plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon should do a great job. And as far as the smart lipo versus regular, if you don’t have sagging skin (I suspect you don’t given you’re 33) just do regular lipo.

2023年8月17日 · Lots of Doctors will tell you what you need is chin lipo but honestly it isn't. Very few people need to lipo their jaw/chin area and having the fat there being correctly distributed (with corrective surgery) is way better than taking the fat out and being left with your crooked/recessed jaw looking even more visible.
