2020年12月23日 · The device is working ok and I can join Teams meetings etc. But when I look at the details of the device, I don't see the 'Software Health' details (no software version etc.), it says ' We looked but no data is available yet', see this screenshot: I think this might be the reason Teams Admin Center does not give me any updates.

2022年6月19日 · We have a TAPMSTSMLLEN with Logitech Tap/Meetup and a Lenovo Thinksmart CORE compute Teams Rooms device. We are still predeployment. We had an issue with the unit on the bench where it started booting to a screen saying that we needed another app to open a link type and could not continue.

2024年8月27日 · Time and timezone is correct, conference room licence assigned correctly, conditional access rules are disabled for this user, Teams rooms app is updated to 4.5.37.0. Eveything has been set up in the cloud, still the teams login is shown as "unhealthy" while all other logins (Network, Exchange, etc.) are in a "healthy" state.

We use a Teams Rooms Device(Lenovo) and connect zoom meeting. However suddenly can not show zoom screen. We can use voice and speaker. but can not use display. We were able to connect Zoom via Teams Rooms device yesterday but now . no shown zoom screen as the following. Today(no shown zoom screen) Yesterday(can show zoom screen)

2020年5月12日 · Got a few Lenovo SmartHub 500 devices that have been upgraded to Teams Room system with Teams set as default. Got an issue that after a while the video stops appearing for ad hoc Teams calls and Teams meetings, just a black screen.

2020年7月8日 · The device appears to be EOL based on the fact that if you look up the version numbers on Microsoft's learn article for Teams devices this device is no longer listed as "supported". Lenovo confirmed the same with me. Currently the device only works with Classic Teams as you can't add external "devices" in the new Teams yet.

You can use the package we built in our example and copy it to a USB drive in the root folder. Connect the drive to Teams Rooms during the Out of Box Experience (OOBE) phase.
