Are you referring to lblj or sblj? Lblj is tricky, but if you can do a blj then it's mostly just figuring out the setup and practicing. Sblj is incredibly difficult on the other hand. Hard to say, I played the game a couple months before hand and learned movement. Probably took a couple weeks of on and off practicing but months to master.
