Blank line is the standard markup for end of paragraph in latex, the fact that \paralso works is an implementation detail. –

Note that if this question is interpreted as "how do I add a single blank line somewhere without changing the normal paragraph spacing in the rest of the document" then the duplicate does not apply (but the answer below does).

2022年1月31日 · well 1ex is the height of an x so clearly less than \baselineskipwhich is the inter-line space, you could use \vspace{\baselineskip}but you should almost never need to use such explicit spacing in a document. The inter-paragraph space should be specified as part of the document layout, not on every paragraph.
