LAcon V, the 2026 World Science Fiction Convention (Worldcon), is the culmination of two years of planning by the Los Angeles in 2026 Bid Committee. It will be the seventh time the Greater Los Angeles metropolitan area has hosted a Worldcon, and the fifth branded under the LAcon name (also stylized as L.A. Con & L.A. con).
