2020年4月3日 · Might seem odd to be answering my own question a few hours after asking it, but just in case anyone else has the same problem I found this video of an Indonesian man fixing the same problem on an LG TV. I can’t really understand what he’s saying but the fix involves putting a small piece of selotape onto the ribbon connector to the display.

Use this guide for this.That way we can see what you see. If the flickering includes shaking of the image than it is most likely related to bad caps on the power board.
