Even though Vaykor has 8 bullets, the Kuva Hek is pretty much 'doubles' the fire rate due to dealing almost double the Vaykor's damage per shot. In terms of purpose, I suppose the Kuva Hek's best use now is for one shotting Demolishers, but I don't know if it can even do that, or if there's a better weapon for this purpose. Still, I'm one last Kuva Hek away from getting a 60% Kuva Hek, so I want the best element for it.

2022年12月25日 · Kuva Hek goes crazy. Use altfire for big dumb multishot. Innate bonus damage and pretty comparable crit stats means you’ll likely be getting more damage per shot with Kuva Hek but you don’t get the syndicate Justice fart and you’ll be reloading a lot more often since Vaykor has double the magazine.

2022年7月31日 · Hek has access to +200% Multishot from Scattered Justice, which elevates it far above its peers until you hit Ignis Wraith, Acceltra, and Cedo at MR9. None of the sub-MR9 weapons have such an easy time getting setup without investing a catalyst and Forma. You can get by on just the basic 30 points with the Hek and clear a path all the way to Sedna.

2023年1月21日 · The aoe nerf.... other than swapping some mods for a little more focus on ammo / recovery and/or using carrier the hardest hit weapons are still good/above the others. If you are say trying to speed clear the zariman exterminate mission in 2-3 minutes you are probably taking kuva bramma / zarr still.

2021年7月12日 · I haven’t used the kuva hek, but with the Vaykor hek being my most used primary I think my judgement is sound. I don’t think the alt fire would be very useful except against stupidly powerful enemies— even without a riven vaykor hek kills level 100+ enemies in one or two headshots, maybe three.

2024年5月23日 · Voruna, Saryn and Citrine would love a magnetic kuva hek as you can make good use of glavanized savy. Otherwise the most flexible choice is toxin, with heat being a good choice too. Radiation is also good but the new radiation mod could give you that or combine the primed electric with blaze for radiation.

2022年7月11日 · A cool thing about the Kuva Hek, compared to the normal one, is that you can press the middle mouse button to fire all four barrels at the same time. For being a short- to mid-range shotgun, that's obviously very potent for vaporizing anything in front of you.
