Kuroo is really the only MB to be shown actually receiving and be proficient at it, but I imagine no other blockers come close to him.

I feel like he's generally very well-liked by HQ fans but I don't often see people really dig into his characterization, which makes me sad. He comes across as kind of devious at first, but he's really just a generous, passionate person who wants to spread the love of volleyball as far as he can.

Kuroo may not be the best spiker at his position let alone the series. Based on the fact that kamomedai is a team that specializes in blocks and receives and hirugami is one of their best servers I think he is better.
