2016年2月4日 · You need to stop thinking of Korean letters as roman letters. ㄱ is ㄱ, k is k, g is g. and before you ask, ㄹ is not R and not L -- ever. It is ㄹ. It's an entirely different rhotic consonant with parallels to Engilsh phonology, but Korean phonology does not contain the R and L sounds we English speakers are familiar with.

2021年9月20日 · Korean ㄱ is less voiced than a 'g', but not as unvoiced as a 'k'. It is entirely unaspirated. This is also true for ㄲ, but there's a little "buildup" of air in the throat; the exact same thing happens in the word "hiccup". You don't say "hikup", there's a little stop in the middle.
