It is a spin-off of the Sonic the Hedgehog film series and the first live-action Sonic television series. The series serves as a interquel between the events of the films Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022) and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2024), and follows Knuckles the Echidna as he trains deputy sheriff Wade Whipple in the ways of the Echidna warrior.

Knuckles struggles to adapt to his new life in Green Hills. Wade plans an awesome rescue mission, while Knuckles confronts his captors. A spinoff series that focuses on Knuckles and his journey assisting and training a middle-aged male cop to become better and succeed in life.
