If the recipe calls for a bit of salt, and unsalted butter, I use salted butter and don’t add salt. If it doesn’t call for salt, I still use salted butter instead of unsalted, and I love the results. The only time in 20 years of baking where I’ve ended up with overly salty baked goods is when I used Kerrygold salted instead of my usual types.

I have tried the Kerrygold in the past but found their butter way too salty for my preferences; however, the New Zealand Grass Fed Butter did not taste as salty as the Kerrygold and has a richer taste in my opinion.
