Khaled Hroub (Arabic: خالد الحروب) is a Palestinian academic, a senior research fellow at the Centre of Islamic Studies and the co-ordinator of the Cambridge Arab Media Project (CAMP) at the University of Cambridge. [1] He is also professor of Middle Eastern studies at Northwestern University in Qatar. [2]

Khaled Hroub was born in the Dheishah refugee camp, Bethlehem (West Bank), he graduated in civil engineering and urban studies from the University of Jordan, Amman. He obtained his Ph.D in international relations at Queen's College, Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.

Professor AL-Hroub’s focus is Middle Eastern studies and politics with particular interest on Islam and politics, Arab-Israeli conflict and Arab media studies.
