2024年9月10日 · Lately I have been using the arm bar and bent arm bar to correct some issues in my shoulder. I didnt have it diagnosed, but it looks like impingement. If you havent tried the bent arm bar, also give it a shot. It works different areas than the regular arm bar. In my case, it addresses my shoulder issues more directly.

2020年11月4日 · I agree with everyone here. 16 Kg is prob lots of load. the main focus of the arm bar is stability Areas that you could try to add “challenge” might be with head placement and/or eye movement. Ie rest your head on your bottom arm or lift it and add slow neck rotations. Also adding eye movements can change the effect some what.
