I know there are fork swaps and other extensive performance mods you can do (I probably will), but I would like to know what year is the best starting point, and is the 200 better than the 220? My first dirt bike was an 88 xr250. I loved it. Aside from the ugliness of it, it was a great trouble free bike. After that i "upgraded" to a 1999 xr250. Also trouble free.
