Player Equipment Changes Highlight 2025 High School Football Rules Revisions. INDIANAPOLIS, IN (February 3, 2025) — Four revisions dealing with player equipment in high school football were among the eight changes recommended by the NFHS Football Rules Committee at its January 12-14 meeting in Indianapolis.

COACHES - All KSHSAA head baseball coaches (high school and middle school) are required to complete a rules meeting and a rules exam prior to the season.
