I have a KP9 with the triangle side folding brace on the way for a wedding anniversary gift. Boss-lady is a keeper, lol. Once I get familiar with it, it will go into my HD and vehicle weapon rotation.

Mar 13, 2024 · Pros for me are it locks up just the same as the stock on my KR-9 when folded, they look kind of close to the original stock, they work well in whatever way you chose to brace it and no .gov approval to exercise your "shall not be infringed" usage.

The availability and price of magazines is a plus also if KUSA ever discontinues the KP9 or goes under mag availability will be a serious problem. Could also consider a mag ban being a future issue and sourcing scorpion mags would be a lot easier than KP9.

Oct 2, 2019 · I bought Russian Vityaz magazines from Russia and tried them in the KP9. They don't work unless you shave off material near the locking lug. Just a heads up in case you buy some too. Mine suppressed well with the right ammo.

Jan 18, 2020 · Bought a Kp9 from Fostech with their binary trigger in it. The trigger works solo but it is hard as HELL to rack. I put one of Kalashnikovs left hand chocking tube on it and it dose not work. To get the bolt to stay open you have to put the butt on something hard and pull like hell to compress the 2 rubber bumpers on the recoil spring..

Feb 1, 2022 · The delta tec KP9 "flash hider" very closely resembles the shorter Russian suppressors commonly used overseas on the vityaz. I have seen mention of people doing form 1s on them and converting them into suppressors. Has anyone here done it? how are the vent holes plugged up? does anything inside the delta tec need to be removed?
