5 days ago · QUINCY, Ill. (KHQA) — Four individuals have been arrested and charged with arson in connection to Tuesday's fire at the abandoned Welcome Inn. According to the Quincy Police Department, those four individuals are Chase Jones, 19, of Quincy, Noah Carhoff, 23, of Quincy, K'Lyn Muldrow, 19, of Liberty, Illinois, and a juvenile.
