2024年3月13日 · KEXP is the best. Been listening online via Seattle for years, and am excited to see how they spotlight music from the Bay.

I was KEXP's earliest regular volunteer photographer. Started in 2002 and shot on and off for them until I moved overseas in 2020. This year I launched an Instagram feed of my music photography archive and it's heavy on the early Dexter/Denny studio years. Thought some of you might enjoy seeing it. Please share if you know others who might like it.

We have agreed to pay $3.75M for the station and its assets. After working out a few technical and regulatory details, we are now operating with the assumption that the FCC will approve the transfer of the broadcast license and KEXP will be taking full ownership and operation of the Bay Area radio station within the next few months."

2019年7月5日 · Stream KEXP Live We now offer two live streaming URL's that you can use with third party platforms such as VLC, Apple Music, Spotify, Sonos, etc. The 64K AAC stream and a high bitrate 160K AAC.

I love KEXP but my tolerance for DJs, however wonderful they are as people, is low. This is why I have multiple radio stations programmed into my car radio and I can just toggle between them so it never really gets to me. c89.5 is a whole different vibe, but between 90.3, 91.3 and 89.5 I can usually make it all the way to wherever it is I'm going.
