Does that two rank bump happen even if you graduate as an O1, or is USAFA like a coupon code that cancels all other potential rank increases (like JROTC and the aforementioned Eagle ranked)? That puts the odds of getting to West Point as a prior enlisted at something like 0.02% each year (assuming my math is correct). I can't determine what percentage of the enlisted ranks become officers via NROTC or I would include that as well.

2019年7月30日 · GPA and PT are most directly in your control, then build out from there. Notice what I bolded. That doesn't mean that a great GPA means you'll be a great cadet (or officer) or a middling GPA means you'll be a poor one, but you asked about getting a "good rank."

2022年4月21日 · The program's official name is the Air Force Chief of Staff Private Pilot Scholarship. It is fairly competitive to get a slot, but every year, many JROTC cadets are sent to partnering universities for 8 weeks, all paid for by Air Force, in the hopes of earning a PPL.
