2024年10月28日 · All my programs run as expected. BUT, the IOX launcher does not find the IOX. I cleared the Java cache (files) and downloaded a new start file, creating a new launcher. No good. I went on the portal, selected Maintenance> upgrade packages, rebooted. then I repeated the clear cache on Java loaded ANOTHER start file. Same result IOX Finder Not Found.

2025年2月21日 · As soon as I log in, I get a message box that shows I have Admin Console v.5.8.4, and Iox Firmware v.5.9.1. I'm then told the Admin Console version is not compatible with the Iox firmware version. I'm then asked to use a version of the Admin Console that is the same as or newer than the Iox firmware.

2023年3月16日 · Second, Install The IoX Launcher. The first time IoX Launcher is run it will both install an IoX Launcher icon on your desktop AND start your first admin console instance. In the future use that Icon to launch the admin console. (the IoX Launcher icon is different that just re-running the start.jnlp file that is downloaded to install.)

2024年9月18日 · @K-bert even though you opened a ticket have you performed a full power cycle of the eisy?Either by pressing the power button (Multi function button) 6 times to force it to shutdown or by pressing and holding or pulling the power supply.

2025年1月11日 · Adding to this thought, I have several z-wave switches and none would trigger programs from a "control" (switched on) condition. A few would not even trigger status conditions. I start to wonder if, in the IoX world, the control condition is unique to Insteon devices. Perhaps Lutron switches also fail to trigger programs from a control condition?
