2024年7月2日 · I'm assuming that the new 1TB SSD is a SATA type SSD. In this case the Optane Memory should work with it. However, I suggest that you should discard the discontinued Optane Memory. Optane Memory M10 series is an NVMe drive installed in PCIe slot.

2020年12月22日 · The product Intel® Optane™ SSD DC P4801X Series (100GB, M.2 110MM PCIe x4, 3D XPoint™) does not work as RAM neither it can expand it as if you were inserting more RAM modules into your DIMM slots, if you are referring to a different implementation, thats ok. 2022年2月6日 · In bios I just have UEFI HII Configuration. Selecting that leads to "Intel Rapid Storage Technology". Selecting that shows the two "drives" (the Optane 27GB and the 477GB SSD) - showing separately as optane disabled in the management app. So no way of changing the sata set up to anything else as far as I can see.

2018年7月5日 · Thanks for contacting the Intel® Memory Drive™ Technology SW for Intel® Optane™ support, in regards to your question your Intel® Optane™ SSD DC P4800X Series must come with the Serial Numbers to register and use the Software. Intel® Memory Drive Technology is bundled with certified Intel NVMe SSDs and is not offered separately.
