It's in the back of the palace, and I believe the actual palace area stretches westward into eastern Europe. South of India is a decent dropoff into the former ocean which is already a good defensive perimeter for the palace walls.

2019年7月16日 · Given the notably tall mountains on the East in OP's map which don't exist right now, and the fact that the middle of the Palace appears lower down than the mountain ring (while Tibet is pretty high everywhere), I can only assume that the Emperor constructed entire mountains just for defensive purposes and also flattened the entirety of Tibet just for a fancy castle.

Under them are various forces of Imperial organizations with Arbites, IG, Mechanicum, Navy, and other forces.
