They sent all my documents back to me with Form-i-797C, Notice of Action. I noticed that USCIS opened the sealed envelope for I-693 prepared by my doctor. Now, when I resend 485 with the check included, do I need to resend a new sealed I-693 or the returned open envelope for I-693 that I received from USCIS work? Thank you!

In fact, the only way to communicate with USCIS is through the AILS-USCIS liaison. And do not expect USCIS to send you a letter acknowledging that you responded to RFE. (I-693, by the way, must have been filed together with I-485.)

When I received the I-693 the medical examination, it was open already and has a stamped on the bottom of the page. Do I have to come back to my doctor and let them make a new form or I can just submit the open form I-693 that was stamped already by USCIS?
