2021年8月11日 · Brett, I am one of 18 Nexo owner ahead of you. Tustin Hyundai had my car for 3 months with no updates. They said that they will be sending one of their technician out for training and it will take two weeks. That was three months ago. Appreciate the info on the consumer affair info. Appreciate any updates you might have going forward.

I got this vehicle in July 2021 and in this 1 yr, the vehicle went to dealership 5 times and in total stayed in the dealership for almost 2.5 months.

However, if you are considering a Hydrogen Nexo make certain the original warranties are in place and transferable to a new owner. The reason FCV are not in great demand is infrastructure.

Called the dealer, and the SA checked a new Nexo (assuming 2023) on the lot, and the option was in the Setup -> Vehicle -> Cluster -> Maintenance Interval. This is the same place as suggested in a number of forums and YouTube already.

Based on the circumstances, I am led to believe that the battery may no longer be functional. I have also noted from the vehicle's CARFAX report that the warranty coverage has been canceled.
