Super shadow isn't inhibited. The inhibitor rings prevent him from using too much chaos energy and killing himself, but the super forms give that same finely tuned level of control at a MUCH lower cost in power. If regular super shadow can't do something neither can uninhibited and if regular super shadow can the same also goes for uninhibited
