2018年5月24日 · Now it won't shut off at all. I took the throttle handle apart and there are 2 wires that connect to 2 pieces of metal I'm guessing when turning the off button to the off position it forces those 2 metal pieces together closing a circuit thus shutting off the blower. Well the 2 metal pieces are touching and still nothing.

2018年9月16日 · hello guys/gals... I have purchased a Husqvarna 580bts backpack blower about a year ago. The blower has recently, started losing power during use. Don't know if its fuel/carb related or if its a throttle cable issue? It FEELS like it could be either one. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated. thanks

2023年11月28日 · You'd trash a blower just because it won't run? I currently have a 20 year old stihl torn to bits because the seal at the bottom of the block was leaking. A bunch of screws to remove but no real trouble to fix. Found out the valve gasket is leaking too. This guy really only has either a spark or fuel problem that could be fixed in minutes.

2022年3月23日 · Working on a Husqvarna 580BT 2 stroke backpack blower for a friend and it has me baffled. Hoping someone has an idea on a new path I could take to possibly fix it. The history is that it was purchased new in late summer a couple years ago. It ran strong and normal. Was winterized (northeast U.S.) by removing all fuel from the machine.

2015年4月26日 · My 570BTS does it way too frequently. In 14 months I bet it has happened 30 times. Sometimes it will clear itself, but I've had the plug out of that thing quite a few times. Pretty damn irritating. The other day my 326 trimmer did it. In all these years I don't think I've had it happen more that a couple times before the blower.

2016年11月29日 · Husqvarna 580 bts backpack blower. It's collecting a lot of oil in the air box. My dealer says he doesn't know why but it's fairly common in those units. I've never seen a 2-stroke unit collect that much unburned oil. Granted a lot of fuel goes through it, but it's collected an ounce or two since spring when the carb was replaced.

2006年7月21日 · That cardboard was too wet and there was fuel residue in the air filter box, so I started looking closer. The too tiny holes in the gasket need to be over the small hole in the carb and manifold! The big holes for airflow didn't even line up correctly. I should probably be talking bad about him, not the blower. I will try it tomorrow.

2024年2月28日 · Hey everyone! Thanks for taking the time to read and hopefully help me out! I have an issue with one of my Husqvarna blowers. It will not shut off by the switch on the handle. I have replaced the entire coil and thoroughly inspected the wires from the coil to the handle. The blower starts up and runs fantastic, no issues with the throttle either.

2020年3月30日 · Our experience with the 8010 and the Stihl went the other way. All of us wanted to keep the 580bts. We can agree on two things, the 8010 did feel lighter. The Stihl felt the same-ish as the Husqvarna. We still all agreed the 580bts was more comfortable. We still like the 580bts control, but we did modify them a tad. But we modify every machine ...

2023年2月15日 · It is the same blower as the Red Max 8560, and it is a very strong blower. It is just about dead equal to the Echo 8010 in real world performance. The BR600 would be a step or three up from your 150's, but you'd be better off going to the 800X.
