Adjusting the "From Top" and "From Bottom" only changes the position of the text w/o actually reducing the amount of space being taken by the header/footer.

I use Word 2004 for Mac. I need to construct a letterhead using Headers and Footers (Logo at top and address at bottom). Is there anyway to have the Headers and Footers display at 100% color. When I'm finished making them, they are "grayed out". Any solution for this?? Thanks.
