I have foolishly amassed 429 items, some I want to keep and a load I want to clear. Having this 429, a back up takes a longer time to do. Please, what is the best way to sort this mess out. Thank you.

2022年11月7日 · This is your personal Downloads folder, you need to evaluate the files on the folder to judge if you can clear it or not. If there isn't any file you need on the Downloads folder there is no problem clearing it.

2019年5月27日 · It's generally safe to delete the folder once all of the Updates it's staged using that folder are installed. So if you don't have Updates pending on the Shutdown button in Start Menu, I'd go ahead. Even if it deletes some that are installed, it will download them again later. The strange file is gone and I am still getting the Windows Security dialog when I right-click on a downloaded zip file but I have found that if I copy the downloaded file to another folder I can extract it and install the program extracted from the zipped file.
