Buy tickets for the Houston Zoo and enjoy a day with animals and exciting exhibits.

The Houston Zoo is home to over 6,000 animal residents, with more than 600 different species. These are just a few of the many animals we care for here and help save in the wild. Come out to the Zoo to see them all!

Members are not required to make online reservations to visit the Zoo. Ticket holders can enter any time after your ticket’s listed arrival time. You are welcome to enjoy the Zoo until we close at 5:00 p.m.

On the day of the 5k, you will walk the path through the Zoo and enjoy an After Party that includes a light breakfast, refreshments, and family-friendly activities including a DJ and face painting. Early Bird Registration

Join us on Friday, May 2, for one of the Zoo’s most anticipated events! Guests can enjoy live entertainment throughout the event and sample cuisine from Houston’s best eateries as featured animal residents enjoy culinary enrichment themselves.

2025年2月9日 · After careful consideration and extensive evaluations by our animal care and engineering teams, the Zoo has decided to close the building following Spring Break, with its last day of operations on Sunday, March 23.

The Houston Zoo is committed to giving back to our local communities. We accept requests from licensed nonprofit, community organizations in the greater Houston area for memberships or general admission ticket donations.
