2020年11月1日 · The Jsc was enhanced by 0.52 mA/cm 2 utilizing needle-like IHFO thin film as antireflection layer. The efficiency was improved by 0.39%. Fig. 8 showed the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of the HJT solar cells. The EQE decreased due to the increased reflectance and the absorption of bilayer IHFO films at short wavelength.
