2023年2月4日 · HBHBHB has long been my favorite album for the music and lyrics alone (Caught is one of my underrated favorites, lyrically) but The Odyssey is such a great addition. Other small aspects I like, as an LA local: the crucifix in the beginning is the one that can be seen from the Hollywood Bowl.

2020年8月15日 · I don’t really have an answer as to why she went with HBHBHB but as a side note I did find out recently that apparently it was originally going to be called Tantalus (from the Greek mythological figure) - but there’s also an unreleased song called Tantalus so I guess that would have been the same situation (being the only album title which is also an album track).

choosing between hbhbhb, mother, and as far as i could get was difficult, what a consistently peak album. i also like the live strangeness and charm demo- technically, from lungs era. so lets put what the water gave me as close second.

2023年10月6日 · I’ve always loved the HBHBHB symbol, but never felt like I should get it tattooed because it’s not “my album”. A few years ago I learned it’s the air/water alchemy symbol. I ended up getting it tattooed after loving the meaning, just as the air/water alchemy symbol, realizing a few hours later that I did end up getting the HBHBHB symbol.
