2023年2月19日 · As for the Hand Mortar. it's doing 2d8 Fire Damage. I'm seeing the Javelin of lighting doing 4d6 being an uncommon magic item. The Bag of beans does 5d4 in a 10 ft Radius, It being a rare item.

The Hand Mortar does 2d8 + Dex fire damage and has the Explosive property, which deals additional fire damage to nearby enemies. To minimize semantic arguments, note that the target hit by the weapon does not take this additional damage*.
