Timewalking Campaign Wasn't Unlocked. Unlocking a Timewalking Campaign requires one of the following: If you chose Exile's Reach as Starting Zone, complete Exile's Reach and take the quest tour of your faction's main city - "Finding Your Way" (Alliance/Horde)
