Evil Flippy, better known as Fliqpy (stylized as FLiqPy) is the main antagonist of the web series Happy Tree Friends. He is the evil counterpart of Flippy, who surfaces whenever Flippy is reminded of his war days, causing him to kill everyone around him. He is the arch-nemesis of Flippy (who's also his good counterpart) and Lumpy.
