Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver. Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Help no way to get keys to work and no way to get it out of this mode.....tried unplugging the monitor from power source and holding power button for 30seconds and then plugged it back in and that didn't work.....something different I can try?

2017年11月24日 · Yeah I have the same exact issue - HP w1907 monitor and an ATI Radeon HD 3600 series graphics card. All of a sudden today when I log in my resolution is low, and the native resolution of the monitor is no longer an option. I've tried uninstalling the drivers for both the monitor and graphics card, restarting, etc., but nothing seems to fix it.

2021年2月26日 · The driver for the monitor is the generic PnP one, so I tried to find a driver for this specific monitor on the HP site and it says there is no driver available for Windows 10? BTW, I didn't have a VGA cable, so the HP w1907 19-inch Widescreen LCD Monitor is connected with an HDMI cable and VGA to HDMI adapter.

As of today 04/01/2024 before reinstalling the HP monitor drivers it was showing up as a Generic PNP and now it shows the actual monitor type. Geeksquad says they can fix it and it's a free diagnostic if you're a member, as I informed them I think all it needs is the firmware update, but I'm not a member and don't want to spend so much money ...
