2021年2月18日 · Actually I found a resolution elsewhere online referring to HP Pavillion 27" displays and this problem. It says you need to connect both a USB C to USB A adapter and HDMI (or DPC) between computer and monitor. I did this and it partly resolved my problem - I was able to download the firmware from the HP Support Centre.
