2009年1月22日 · HK needs to learn from Glock on this. I realize it'll never be Glock short because it's a hammer and not striker fired weapon; but that SA reset is LONG!! In fact, almost everybody has HK's number on the DA trigger. What HK needs is an LEM (P30 in particular) that has the V1 USP reset and with 5lbs of pull. Then...they'd have something special.

2008年12月13日 · The P30 was designed as a police pistol, and is being used as such in Europe. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the standard pressure European rounds closer to a SAAMI +p rating. If this gun was designed for European PDs, it should eat +p ammo fine. I put 200rds of 124gr GDHP through my P30, and it stood up to them beautifly.

2015年10月13日 · The P30 will have more of a "full size" grip length and takes 15 round magazines if you live in a free state. The P2000 is very closely proportioned to a USP Compact (which I also own). The P2000 will have a slightly shorter slide and grip frame than the P30, and is roughly the size of a G19 if you're looking for a common comparison firearm.

2015年1月16日 · Sorry but the Hk P30 is very picky about its ammo. I own three p30 , 2 of them are v3 and a Lem and they are all picky about there ammo. I only own Hk handguns and out of all of them my P30 was the only gun that need to be broken in . In time around 500 rounds the trigger will smooth out ,it just takes time and patience .

2011年6月19日 · I do think the P30 is a great pistol but other HK pistols are better suited for CC than the P30...namely the P2000, P2000sk, or HK45c. If the PRIMARY function for the gun is CC, I think the P30 is a poor choice. If the gun is meant as home defense gun, a range gun, or a competition gun, then I think the P30 is a GREAT gun to purchase.

There are no local dealers who carry the P30 so I cannot try this gun in person. I have shot the M&P and love the ergonomics and the accuracy is not bad at...
