Grim Patron is a rare neutral minion card, from the Blackrock Mountain set. Just as World of Warcraft players have learned, it's best not to trade blows with the patrons of the Dark Iron dwarves' favourite watering hole, the Grim Guzzler, lest they call in their buddies to swarm you.[1]

Grim Patrons can be found at the Grim Guzzler in Blackrock Depths. They are initially neutral, but will become hostile (along with all other mobs in the bar) if Plugger Spazzring is killed or has Grim Guzzler Key pickpocketed from him.
