Greentown Labs is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit catalyzing climate solutions. Our members, our partners, and our staff are united by a common mission: solving the climate crisis through entrepreneurship and collaboration.

With a mission of decarbonizing the key greenhouse gas-emitting sectors, Greentown Go programs inject momentum and traction into startup-corporate collaborations, unlocking the power of climate solutions at scale.

Ten years later, Greentown Labs is the largest climatetech startup incubator in North America—and we’re proudly home to more than 180 startups that are building a sustainable future for all. In 2011, four startups joined together to split rent on a Cambridge warehouse.

2025年2月3日 · Greentown will host its first EnergyBar evening networking event of 2025 at its Boston incubator on Feb. 6 and its annual CERAWeek Transition on Tap networking event at its Houston incubator on March 13. Flatter will share remarks at both events.

Greentown’s 26-bench wet lab is home to startups creating everything from long-duration energy storage to energy-efficient manufacturing membranes to silk coatings that extend the freshness of produce and proteins.

2025年1月22日 · Greentown members and alumni Form Energy, Osmoses, and Syzygy Plasmonics were selected for ARPA-E’s Vision OPEN 2024 projects, receiving awards of $3.5M, $5.2M, and $2.5M, respectively.
