Green Villa Barn is a historical building built in 1928. Used as a dance hall during Prohibition, this ageless building gives a rustic charm that is felt as soon as you step inside.

We only allow beer, cider, wine, champagne, and seltzer. Hard alcohol is not permitted anywhere on Green Villa property and will be confiscated if found. We’ll also require you to use our bartenders and they are $35/hr/ea. Please reach out to our office for more information on supplying alcohol.

Green Villa Barn is a historical building that was built in 1928 and used as a dance hall during the Prohibition. In 2001, the owners Joost and Charlotte VanderHave began doing events on their property and a few years after, they transformed this lovely building into the magic it once was.
