Granmammare (グランマンマーレ Guranmanmāre) is the mother of Ponyo and her sisters and the wife of Fujimoto, as seen in the film Ponyo. Granmammare is a sea goddess, capable of changing her humanoid form at will. She initially appears enormous; possibly as big as, if not bigger than, a Blue Whale.

Fujimoto forces her back into her true form and leaves to summon Ponyo's mother, Gran Mamare. Meanwhile, Ponyo, with the help of her sisters, breaks away from her father and inadvertently uses his magic to make herself human.
