2021年2月10日 · I'm using B20.0724.1 OSD Sidekick, but i've tried older versions but its ends up doing the same thing. Firmware F01 , can't update to F02 without the software I've cleared registry, uninstalled all USB drivers, tried on all of my USB ports , compatibility mode , safe mode launch , and i get no errors, the OSD simply doesnt launch.

2021年9月16日 · Hey thanks! This worked for me. I had a KVM plugged in and also did not have the USB-B cable (included with the monitor, USB-B [goes into monitor] -> USB-A [goes into computer]). Then I had to uninstall OSD sidekick, restarted my computer without the kvm plugged in. Installed OSD sidekick again and then it was able to work.

2020年6月5日 · But everytime I try open OSD_Sidekick program, it says: "Please check if your USB Cable is connected." My PC an Alienware Aurora R11, windows 10. If anyone knows of a solution or fix, please let me know what to do! I just submitted a ticket through the Gigabyte technical support page, so I'll post an update if I get an answer/solution.

2022年7月15日 · Hey, I got the M32U today and wanted to update to Firmware F10. Unfortunately after installing OSD Sidekick and plugging in the Monitor with the USB - A to B Cable, OSD Sidekick does not show the browse or live update feature..

2020年10月5日 · (FOUND SOLUTION AND SOLVED IN COMMENTS)Everytime i open osd sidekick on my laptop with the usb connected, it says cant find device. Ive reinstalled multiple times, ive restarted after installation. I dont know what more I can do, i just bought this monitor, and I cant exactly find a whole lot of articles that explain a fix for this problem.

2021年7月27日 · Used revo uninstaller to make sure there are no traces from old installation files. I have a gigabyte mobo as well. I tried installing app center/easy tune etc and none of them would start. Out of ideas on what is causing this. Osd sidekick worked fine 1st day I bought the monitor and then from the day after to today it just wouldn’t start.

2022年2月9日 · I am having the hardest time of my life getting OSD Sidekick to run. My desktop has 3x Gigabyte M27Q screens which I would like to upgrade their firmwares. Problem is, I can install OSD Sidekick without issues, but when it comes time to launch the software, I see the process start for a few seconds and automatically close.

2022年6月25日 · I have been trouble getting it to display the full 160hz refresh rate. Sometimes it shows up in my windows settings, sometimes not. I have the monitor connected via display port to usb-c to my laptop which has a 3070ti, so it should definitely be capable. I thought maybe a firmware update might help, so I tried to install OSD sidekick.

2021年5月19日 · The only thing that helped me was installing Gigabyte Control Center. It has a built-in OSD sidekick. Sometimes it detect the monitor. Sometimes!!! I start getting a problem 6 months ago with no reasons. Got no luck with any version of standalone Sidekick. Looks like they del M32Q support from it.
