Gibney Dance, founded in 1991 by choreographer Gina Gibney, is a multi-faceted dance organization occupying two locations in New York City: one at 890 Broadway in the Flatiron District and the other at 280 Broadway in Tribeca. The organization's activities are divided into the following three interrelated fields: Center, Company, and Community.

Welcome to Gibney, a sophisticated brasserie grill overlooking the pristine beaches of Cottesloe from restaurateur George Kailis. With a high-end approach to hospitality, Gibney sets a new standard as the ultimate destination dining experience in Western Australia.

The creators of “sharp and satisfying” contemporary dance (The New York Times), Gibney Company lives at “the intersection of art and social action.” While Gina Gibney Dance performed three times at the Pillow from 1999 to 2001, Gibney completely rebuilt her company in 2020.

Gibney’s menu is inspired by old world brasseries and steak houses, with a focus on classic flavours and timeless presentation. Expect to see chefs table side, showcasing the best of Western Australia’s local producers, leaning towards seafood, steak, home-made pasta and luxurious snacks, including a caviar bar.
